Okay, this morning I was assembling my Ion when I noticed I was missing a screw for my grip.
I put together the gun anyway, and go to gas it up.
Loud air expansion, bottomline comes out (with the ring to hold it in attached), the screw I was looking for goes flying.
I put it back together after screwing in the grip screw and now it just leaks out of a spot in the bottomline.
I'll just use the stock bottomline today, but this still sucks.
The hose looks fine (it's plastic and it's worn, but no holes), but maybe something broke in the ring. Anyone have an idea of what's going on/how much it'll cost to fix?
It leaks out of the space between the tip and the spot that it goes into:

yup yup!

Also you said some ring came out. That might not be helping either.

Well, what I'm thinking is that it's busted. The ring (it's the thing that holds the hose into the slot) came out with it, and it leaks between this ring and the slot.
The stock bottomline works well anyway. It's a bit scarier to put in the tank, but a lot more peaceful to take out (it comes out gradually as you unscrew it more).
I forgot to get it repaired today. Great day of paintball, though.
