Fulton County Paintball in Canton, Illinois is hosting a 3 game series for players who are interested in playing in the woods (2.5 Acres). We will be playing once a month for 3 months starting in March through May. It is a 3 man team with up to 2 subs on a team roster. The Team Fee is $75 and the Deadline is Feb 8 2015 and you get to bring your own paintballs too. We will have Co2 on site as well as VERY LIMITED HPA, so please bring 2-3 HPA Tanks pre-filled... We will be having a complimentary lunch for players (thank you from the Host)

A woodsball tournament? this is interesting! I like the idea of not using compressed air. It will limit the types of guns that people bring.

Might I suggest allowing walk on teams instead of setting a deadline that is a full month before the first event?
Also, what are the dates and times of each event?

Yes it is interesting, this is the 2nd time the club has done this. We have had various markers and air supply. We do allow semi-auto and 3 round burst only though...

Do you have a link to the field?

What sort of playing environment is it? Pretty casual? Do most players show up with rental guns, or the equivalent of them? I would absolutely love to get into the woods with a mechanical spyder and have fun, but if that's not the type of players that show up, I may have to think about it; it's a 3.5 hour drive.

Is that a problem??? I know I enjoy what they do, It is local and provide families and friends to enjoy the sport without spend extra funds to travel to a place. Everyone there are casual and understand what it is that they are trying to do. No one pockets any funds and all funds goes into the field or property. This League I have done and it give us more competitive players a chance to play competitively and help our local field! I went to there Scenario day and the prizes and door prizes were awesome for just being a club base group. They are really good people and reasonable...

It's not a problem at all. I'm just trying to gauge what sort of players show up.
If I get a group of friends to come play at these events, we'll be going just to have a good time and shoot some people. I don't want to show up with mechanical spyders and find out that people are using ramping and shooting a billion balls a second.

We try not to have that, last time we had a league everyone was respectful, helpful, and understanding... The Guy who runs it, this is his hobby but we tries to keep everything organized and friendly. If you noticed on the filer it says "Friendly Atmosphere" he means it. I mean when were done playing we eat and laugh about our day and who shot who. it is nicely ran, small, laid back friendly but competitive kinda style. Trust me when I say its a different feel but in a very welcoming way.

I tell you what e-mail [email protected] and he will send you a packet for you to look at. he made the rules himself and runs it. I will let him know that I posted it on here and that you will be sending something so he can send it to you. Deal? he's a great guy...

I will be a reserve. No need for a flight, but I will be expecting a massage upon arrival.
