Start off by reading your manual. Read more than once and then read it again. Once you under stand what the manual telling you start to feild strip it as explained in the manual. One good tip is when you take parts off use a large table and place your parts in a row left to right so when you reassemble your marker from right to left you don't lose track of your parts.

Take your time with the manual and soon it will be second nature.

Yea, the way TB said is the best way to clean it. The only part that should really get any dirt on it is the front bolt. And then, only if some paint breaks inside there instead of being shot.

For oiling is, just put a few drops of oil in the ASA, and then dry fire a few dozen times. Just shoot air, no paint. And take the barrel off before you do it. It'll blow the oil through the gun and hit all the important seals.
