Hello, my name is Victor, I am from Romania and I am a paintball field owner.

I want to import some CO2 tanks and the Romanian authorities ask me for some International/Euro Certificates of Confirmity for the tanks and my supplier don't know how to give me this.

Please, is there someone who can direct me to the right persons to talk about this

Call up your local authoraties and ask them how to do it. In fact, chances are the Brown (UPS) may know something about it since they do the delivering, try calling them too.
