if this has been talked about sorry, What is better??And what is the reason for each thanks so much.

performance wise HPA is better, its more consistent because its regulated, much better for the life of o-rings and arguably more accurate. per volume you will get more shots out of a CO2 tank but its not by a ton. CO2 is also cheaper and easier to get a fill. HPA you are limited to where you can find a fill, paintball shops and scuba shops are the main two. the tanks are also a lot more expensive because they have to hold a lot more pressure and come with a regulator

Unless you run it straight liquid. I just like to be difficult I know that for most markers now HPA is the way to go but I still stick with CO2 where I can.
