I was just digging around and I found my old Combat Flight Simulator 2 and the joystick. The only thing is that was 5 years ago and my computer now(Sony VAIO) doesn't have a port for whatever kind of plug the joystick uses. It's one of those big ones that has the two things that screw in to secure the plug. I was just wondering if there is a way that I could get an adaptor that changes it into a usb connection.

Meh, I have the same problem. When I bought a new video card (ATI Radeon 9250), it had a game port. I think most PCI video cards nowadays do.

You're talking about the worst connection ever, a serial port. As far as I know, the don't have any converters

That's not true.
I've had my Logitech Force Feedback 2 for close to 3 years and haven't hada problem yet.

If you want to go all out, I suggest getting a saitek X51 or X52.
It comes with two pieces, one is a throttle and the other the joystick.
Button delight!
