The computer teacher guy installed this thing where everyone at the school has there own account thing on the computers which means i can get on pbf just about anytime i want :D . so yea this is cool. other than telling everyone bout this, this thread is basically pointless...

yup very pointless. i can get on pbf anytime i want to at school. not reallly supposed to, but i can. my computer classes were so much better than that. at our school we have "surf control" proxy server sytem which blocks out objectionable content, and w/e else the shcool decides. in my class we took all of our computers off of surf control. not only that, but after we got our computers built we had a big quake lan party. beat that. one time in class there was a guy next to me who played the znes emulator constantly. so i put netbus(popular trojan) on his computer. he'd be playing his games and i'd suddenly disable his arrow keys, or open the cd drive, or minimise his window, even shut down his computer. now that is fun stuff.

Gay.. MY school system has always allowed pbf.

I find this funny though.. I can't go to www.playstation.com , but I can go to totse.com, which has textfiles on how to make hundreds of different kinds of weapons and bombs, not to mention tons of stuff ondrugs.. They also have a political section... I can go to totse, but not playstation.com...

And they wonder why kids go psycho and go on shootings...

We've had user accounts since I can remember at my schools. I'm on pbf everyday during third hour.(9:25-10:15) I was supposed to have study hall that hour but I'm a teachers helper and he already has a student teacher from purdue so I just sit in the computer lab on the internet all day. Fun stuff.

The school gives out laptops for school... we have something like t3. I used to always be on... but Websense now blocks this site at school.
websense is easy to get around. For gmail put an s after http. If you want to get completely around you have to change your ports/proxies. What i do is download mozilla/firefox and put it in a folder that you can run programs from (last year it was windows, this year it is the hra folder). Then browse around the net for proxies and ports til you get some that arent blocked. I had some that went through korea so all my popups would be in korean

If anyone at school wants a site that you can type in the url and it will let you get through any where then just IM me.

Also if you want a couple ways of messaging eachother in class or anywhere in your school without having to add programs then just IM me to...

Not sure if it works for all, but using the Google translator lets you get around a lot of web blockers.

And I assume you are referring to Net Send? It's a DOS command. Open up a Command window (MS-DOS for the idiots out there), and if you type NET HELP it will give you a list of commands. Type in NET SEND /HELP for a list of NET SEND commands.

*WARNING* Using NET SEND causes a Windows message to pop up on the target computer. Be careful of what you send to who! By the way, NET SEND /USERS will send a message to all the computers on the network...or basically, the entire school...
