My practices start in about a week for cross country and I was wondering if there were any other runners here. I was supposed to get in around 150 miles on my own before practices, and i've only got like 20 XD

Ah what can one do, hopefully that wont bring me down too much.

I run after my dog and they won't let me on thew cross country team. On acount i told the coach to suck my balls after he told me i was so at try outs.

Ya I did cross country last year. and I'm going to do it again this year. Though I havent counted a single mile I ran. Oh well, all I do during cc practice is stop in at the chinese food place in the middle of my practice runs and eat or hang around the supermarket waiting for free samples of ice cream. The practices are unsupervised and there is stores by our school. Maybe thats why I'm JV.

ya I AM ON THE CROSS COUNTRY TEAM. ITS PRETTY HARD I RUN LIKE 8 MILES A DAY 6 DAYS A WEEK I AM A FRESHMAN AND I MIGHT MAKE VARSIRY! GOOD LUCK AND GET A GOOD PAIR OF SHOES!

yo this one time i was in a race and this one guy ran past me but I was like "no im gonna run faster than you" and I did and then I ran some more and this other guys was like "hey you im gonna run faster than you" but i ran even faster and i ran in front of everybody but then i realized that i was in a stupid sport and joined the rugby team. Sorry if that is considered flaming.

I run cross country. My college coach wanted me to get about 600 miles this summer, I was on track to do it. But I got injured as of late and haven't been able to run much.

10 bucks says Awp is a fatass.

But yea, you only ran 20 out of the 150... that sucks ass. I run like 6 a day over the summer to just get ready for practices.

Ill take that bet. Im 6 foot nothing and 210 pounds. I made the varsity rugby team as a freshman which is unheard of. I was on the varsity football team but they wanted me to take weight gainers so i quit. im no muscle man because i don't lift weights but im no fatass. I play second row for my team and for anybody who hasn't played rugby, its like football except the play doesn't stop when someone gets tackled, and you don't wear pads unless you are a pussy and wear a scumcap.

im 6'1 and you weigh over 40 pounds more than i do, and im built.

Cross-country is fun to be in, sucks to watch or hear about. I won't blame your friends if they punch you in the nose while you're telling them about a race... it's even more boring than golf stories, but at least golf stories come from people you can outrun.

6'0 and 210 pounds? sorry man but that is definitely pretty porky. Im 6'1 and about 165 as of last month, and its all muscle (thats far stronger than most guys my height, for the record). if you were built to 210 pounds you could bench press a frikin car. do you mean youre strong, but have a nice layer of fat over your body?

I know. One of my ex's did cross country,were those hella boring stories.

"OMG this one race i was running, i was doing good, and omg this girl passed me and omg i was pissed, i was mad because omg i couldn't catch her and omg i lost."

I'm 5'11" and i weigh 170 pounds. You're only 1 inch taller then me and you weigh 40 more pounds.

weight to height ratio means nothing. i do not have a six pack but that doesn't mean im not built. I don't lift weights because im not obsessive about my body. I play second row and if i weighed 170 pounds i would get killed. I have a friend who is 6'1 and has defined mucles and also runs cross country. I could break that kid in half. I dont even know how much i bench because i have never benched anything. again you can be large without being fat. Im large. Its mostley muscle but im just thick and heavy, not fat. by height to weight standard ray lewis is fat and all of those guys on worlds stongest men are fat.

sorry dude, not possible. 210 is either overweight or fat, depending on the person.

i can bench just about 200 pounds, and i can curl about 55 in each hand, yet i only weigh 165 (and im an inch taller than you) if youre as strong as me, that still leaves you with 55 pounds of fat over wha i have, and thats a pretty good amount.
