I just installed my cyclone feed on a project salvo and hooked up a bottle of co2 and test fired it and i'm pretty sure the paddle turned on the first fire.(pretty sure as i was kinda distracted by my dog at the time). however upon other pulls of the trigger it would not move at all, however i could manually spin it with the manual arm rod thing. Now i know my co2 bottle is getting low, is this the cause? or something else i should be looking for in terms of troubleshooting?

This has happened to me many times. Once your CO2 gets low you have to manualy load it by pushing the rod. Its perfectly normal for any gun with a cyclone feed.
