Could somebody explain in semi detail the difference between closed bolt, open bolt, and blowback. I have a concept of each but dont quite understand.

with a closed bolt the bolt is forward, the ball is in the barrle and when you pull the trigger the air goes through the bolt and shoots the ball, the bolt goes back, another ball drops in and the bolt goes forward again and the cycle starts again.
with aopen bolt the bolt is back, the ball is in the breach, when you pull the trigger the bolt goes forwad and when it is all the way forward the air goes through the bolt and shoots the ball in the same way as the closed bolt operation but the bolt stays back after the ball is shot.
blowback is the same as open bolt i think.
well thats the best i can explain it and i could be off a little but i tried.
