I have an Egg2 and it has started to jam on me. It will sometimes get 10 shots off before it stops feeding paint, although the prop. will keep spinning. So I thought that maybe paint was getting caught underneath the blades. I just filled it with paint and did a drop test with it. It jammed again so I emptied it and took this picture of it. It appears that too much paint is getting into the raceway and the blades are forced to turn on top of the balls. I have used the hopper on the field before with no problems untill my last time out.

(After emptying hopper after jamming)

What can I do? Could it be bad batteries (they are fresh)? Perhaps fatigue in the blades? I had put a case through it while ramping.

Thanks

This problem can be easily fixed with a half-gallon of gasoline, a blowtorch, and $60-70.

But seriously, one of the blades on the impeller looks a little bent to me. I don't know if that's the cause or not, but.... yeah.
