was playing today out in the hot and humid weather of FL... using the cheap ZAP spank paint...

more then a few times while playing my eggII loader just stoped feeding... after getting shot I go to find the issue (after trying franticly to figure out what was wrong durring the game)... come to find out one ball had been smached (not broken) with another ball 1/2 in the feed tube... it did this about 3 times... i unjammed it durring a game one time and it did it again after maybe 10 shots...

is this some sort of flaw w/ my hopper... or just the fact that i used paint that doesn't like heat or humidity?...

after my issues w/ cheap paint today i've no isues spending a little more on paint if it'll fix it... but i just want to make sure its not something flawed w/ the hopper

thanks

Sounds like the paint to me, my eggy never did that. All paint will soften up but the cheaper stuff especially, in my experience, cheap ZAP paints soften up quickly.

thanks guys... kinda figured it was my paint... i was dumb and bought 2 bags... should have just gotten the 1 bag to see how it was... and how much i'd use... ended up only using 1 bag in the 4 hrs or so we where out there though due to gun/hopper issues lol.

thanks guys i'll step it up to cryptic or whatever next time :)

zap spank = very soft paint... even still bagged... finaly went out the feild and shot some other paint... just comparing the 2 paints in the bag is night and day... even scorch from wal-mart is better then the spank... but bought a bag of zap cryptic... i realy dig it... very thick fill... no dimples... size uniformity leaves a bit to be desired... but most of it was happy with my barrel size.

^^i guess that that proves it was the paint...u may have been out the money for the paint, but it is easier than buying a new hopper

na the spank is perfect for somone with a tippy or sypder clone running gravity... prob would even do ok w/ an agitating feed... the fill is pretty nice even... just doesn't do crap if you can't get it INTO the gun... traded the bag i had left of spank for a bag of scorch with my bro-in-law (who shoots a $40 walmart VL orion lol)... scorch has hard enough shells that they didn't jam the hopper either
