Well heres the story. My house is a 2-family. The 2nd family is unoccupied and I wanna make use of the free space so i can have my own floor....

quick question

what is the cheapest type of carpet. the apartment needs it badly.. and how much does it go for..

Try the really cheap stuff at Empire, it shouldn't run you too much. Or if ur really cheap just get some huge ass throw rugs from target.

The cheapest carpet you will find is the high traffic industrial carpet. It's normally found in schools. It's dark so it doesn't show stains as easily, really stiff, and thin. It's really cheap stuff and u can get it at Home Depot or Lowes. Figure out how many Square feet you need to carpet, and how much u wana spend, then go to home depot or lowes and figure out which carpet is best for you
