Just got my new MF100 (PAL enabled). Came as package deal with electric hopper and HPA tank.
Do I need to disassemble anything or parts need pre oiled?
Do I still need to install the PAL plunger pin for the electric hopper (not the P.E PAL hopper) when switching from mag fed to hopper fed?

If it's new no you shouldn't need to lube it out of the box

Plunger pin is up to you, there's no harm in having it in there if you have a non-pal hopper on top
