Are flatlines really as good as some say they are? A lot of people have told me that the only downside to them is the cost. But I found one really cheap, and Im wondering how much better it really does work? Does it really allow you to peg people off from very far away with no arch? (I play woodsball, so I hate having to lob shots through the woods)

they work pretty well, u can shoot straight farther then neother barrel, the only prolblem after like 200 ft(wich is 50 more then ne gun can go normally) the odds of a break are severely lessened many times i have been woodsball and some retard of the other team with a flatline just decideds to shoot straight thru the woods and they just bounce off... id say get it if u only do woodsball, kinda silly for speedball,
unless of course u can master the shotting-around-a-buker technique

Ya theres no speedball places within like 100 miles of me. So I dont bother. But ya Ill just be using it for woodsball, and I dont think Ill take that many shots at 200 feet. But Id rather shoot 200 feet and have a 50/50% chance of it breaking then not even able to shoot near the guy from 200 feet with any other barrel.

Uh, because where I play the most, you cant get close enough to people to use my barrel, I mean I can make the odd far shot but you just cant reach out there with a normal barrel like you can with the flatline

But I just finished saying, I cant get close enough (within the range of my barrel) at where I play, its just set up that way.
