Tomorrow at 10 I will enter the oral surgeons office and have surgery done. Basically what they are doing is cutting the flap of skin under my tongue. It will be painless.........until the anesthesia*sp?* wears off. I can't remember what the piece of skin is called, but the guy said that if they don't cut it that it can cause the skin to slowly preceed from my gums causing soreness and such. It will also make my tongue a little longer and stuff. Stitches should dissolve in about of week. Anyone had this done or remember what that piece of skin is called? Cuz I can't remember.
Anyways, comments and such feel free to add.
