Hey guys, I've been looking to purchase a marker/full package for paintballing... and I think I've found a great deal. But I'm wondering if this is actually a good deal, and what aftermarket barrel is on the blitz. Its some kind of super long.. silver thing... not really sure yet haha.


Been looking around for good deals in the craigslist/ebay type areas... I think I may have found an amazing deal. Could you guys shed some light on this for me?

The price for this entire package deal would be $150 + shipping.

The blitz supposedly has an improved/customized feedneck and a new barrel, (which I really want to know what it is. Heres the picture. I just want to make sure its a good deal, because I think if the marker is in good condition then it would be sweet.

pretty decent deal, id take it, the barrel i dont recognize, looks like a 2 piece though. probably better than stock but i wouldnt hope for much better. that is indeed a 3k tank, id expect around 500 shots off of it. everything else looks as described. good find

Yeah, the seller told me it was a custom techPB barrel 14inch, it sort of looks unusually long to me but I dont really have much experience to base that on.

I'm not sure what he meant by techPB barrel though, maybe that he bought it from there. Also, it comes with the stock barrel so maybe ill be able to test it out and see the difference. I also had him send me some videos of the items proving they work, and what amazes me most is that hopper haha. It basically dropped the entire hopper's pbs in maybe 8 seconds or so haha.

Edit: Do any of the aftermarket barrel kits/makers come in silver? The Jand J ceramic I was thinking about buying seems to only be in black where I have looked.

Also.. I'm a noob so far when it comes to pb, because I'm new. But what does an upgraded barrel bring to the table?

i believe you did indeed find it, that barrel will be nothing special though, basically its an aluminum tube like the stock one, only difference is the length and the bore, the bore is the important part because a good paint to bore match will help accuracy most. the length will just effect the efficiency, so you should see a better shot count because of that barrel.

the hopper, its a evo2, nothing special, evos are best known for their weak shells, but take care of it, dont drop it and it should be fine. if they are upgraded iv heard of them hitting 25bps but as long as it can feed around 20 theres really no need for more speed than that (if you want to find a really impressive hopper go look for videos on the dye rotor)

the J&J does not come in any other color because it is not a aluminum barrel, it is ceramic, which is the best part about it, the bore is SUPER smooth on them so they can shoot out breaks better than any aluminum barrel i have ever shot, as for a barrel kit, i would highly recommend the J&J edge kit, if you must have a silver barrel i know the freak kit can be had in silver but for the money you would spend on that there are better kits out there

as long as the mask is good the first thing id look at replacing would be the tank, while that one will work its rather small, id find a good 4500psi tank, it will run you about $100 used or $150 new for a good one

Haha, about the barrel I was actually hoping for a black one like the JandJ, I don't really like the color scheme of the current orange/black with a silver barrel. I know this might be a completely noob thing, but for some reason the stock barrel on this gun has a much more appealing look to it rather than the silver one, for me.

And I realized that the tank is rather small, though I was really just looking for HPA, and I am on a very tight budget. Would it be smarter to just pick up a large CO2 tank for the next few months then get a larger HPA like you advised, or just use the smaller HPA tank for now?

I don't have a ton to spend on things other than what I am getting now, and of course on paint. Thanks.

id just use the HPA tank untill you can afford a larger one, theres no need to rush out to get a different tank right away, instead of spending that money just save it for more paint or a larger tank
