I regularly shoot Karnage which falls right through my smart-parts AA and a J&J ceramic.

I hope I'm not disappointed...

So...?

Your paint should be falling through the barrel.
If you checkout your local field, I think you will find that several of your more experienced players are running freak kits.
These kits can be $$, and this empire kit however is surprisingly affordable <$60.

Your question on falling through the barrel?
A subject that always comes up is matching your paint to your barrel.
Since Karnage is what's available locally, you could say barrel kits are the lazy way to accomplish this...I don't have to try a bunch of paint to find something that works.

When you match your barrel to your paint, there should be a small amount of resistance in the barrel back. Only going throw the barrel when you apply a small amount of air.

It is my understanding that a tighter barrel to paint fit makes for a more efficient and accurate marker.

That's the plan anyway...
