as you know, iv'e been pretty sick for quite a while.
I'm starting to have less problems with it, but occasionally i get sick. As a result, I've dropped 15 lbs and am down to around 130ish. I'm lazy as well and haven't done anything requiring lots of physical activity for about a year and I'm fed up with myself for it cuz i'm starting to get a bit pudgy around the edges.

I've decided to start doing pushups and situps daily, depending on how my stomach feels. today i did about 3 sets of 20 pushups, and 2 sets of 30 situps and it hurts like crap but I'm highly motivated because that used to be a walk in the park and I feel ashamed.

I'm trying to come up with something I can do for my pecks and legs that doesn't require going to the gym because I can't afford a membership. any ideas?

my house has 2 flights of stairs. maybe i can do something with them?
