on a 98 custom you wont have a problem (or at least i have never), for a spyder, try it, if it does start to come off. go to a local hardware store and try an oring
I'm thinkin mines a different model or something. There seriously is no slot for an o-ring. I was told that a tank o-ring stretched over it just after the threads will keep it from falling off.
well it makes sense, it won't help it go tighter, but it will be pressed up against the inside of the barrel adapter thus helping the barrel to stay on...
