I would just point out, that 99% of the people on this forum will not gift Paypal. We are all aware that not only is it against their terms of service and can have your account locked, but it also removes ANY buyer protection. Otherwise, nice marker. But not a chance I'd ever gift paypal.

Gifting isn't against PayPal, that's why it is an option, if it was against it then they wouldn't have it... Plus I didn't realize it was such a big deal to put a title on a gun that I had thought fit it, if others think it doesn't I HAVE NO PROBLEM CHANGING IT. I just didn't think it was a big deal.
Gift payments exist for people to use them as intended. To quote PayPal's User Agreement,

“Personal Payment” means amounts sent between two individuals (not to or from a business) without a purchase. Examples of Personal Payments include sending a gift to a friend or paying a friend back for your share of a lunch bill.
also:

4.1 Receiving Personal Payments. If you are selling goods or services, you may not ask the buyer to send you a Personal Payment for the purchase. If you do so, PayPal may remove your ability to accept Personal Payments.

Gifting through PayPal is not against it's ToS when yo actually want to send someone money AS A GIFT
i.e. it's your birthday, and grandma and grandpa want to send you cash

Gifting has no buyer or seller protections, so no one in their right mind would gift someone else money for items
Seriously, if paying fees is that much of a problem, than bump up the price of your marker to compensate...
