I love how you take a test when your not old enough to drive, own a car, sign a legal contract, drink, join the military, or buy cigarettes, but you take a test that decides whether or not you'll be successful for the rest of your life

So what do you want to do with your life?

Going to be a lawyer or something?

Just curious

Ohh, and what kind of questions are on the lsat, is it law related questions, or just a basic knowledge test like the SAT?

Well I either want to be a lawyer or go into politics or business administration of some kind

My three top law school choices are Yale, Chicago, and Georgetown
Thats why I'm trying to get in the high 170s

I'll tell you about the questions later. My mind is fried

By the way if you're better at analytical reasoning take the ACT over the SAT
for college admission

Analytical as in?

If you're mathematically or scientifically inclined.

On the ACT there's a section called scientific reasoning.

I got a 35 out of 36 on it.

I know they changed the SAT though about two-three years ago
so I don't know the new format when comparing it with the ACT.

I don't know if the ACT has changed or not

It used to be if you were better at grammar and reading comprehension the SAT was better. If you were better at analytical reasoning you took the ACT

Yeah, I did reasonable on the ACT, but I suck at math so didnt do too well.

On the other hand I read an ungodly amount of books so my grammer, reading comprehension and vocabulary carried me throgh the SAT's.

All right hope you did well on your lsat, i know you probably don't care but atleast minor in buisness it is useful in any career

For all you PSAT people dont stress it is just a test, fill in some bubbles and get a score, for any one who thinks I am down playing it im not i have friends who did test prep and bombed it I sored 80 math 69 reading 71 writing and was a NM Commended student.

ACT vs SAT
Take both regardless of what you are good at, ACT reminded me of the standardized tests from grammar school but harder it has a little bit of every thing the SAT is all math and Verbal. Take both then decide which (if not both) you want schools to see.
