Here are some Orlando FL fields.

Al's Army Navy Paintball: Good place with a speedball field and 2 NEW Airball Fields. $10 rentals+air. $5 gets you in w/own equipment. field paint is $40, $50, or $60 a case.
(407)-834-2000 air fills are cheap too. Open wed. sat. sunday.

Epik paintball: Epik Paintball is on East Colonial drive in Orlando. VERY GOOD FIELD...2 airball and 1 woodsball that isn't great with few people. BYOP all day every day. 10 to get in all day+$5 for all day air. www.epikpaintball.com

Full Throttle paintball: Full Throttle is a bit pricey for new players but is worth it to go at least once. 2 Airball, Hyperball, and a Woods course... $15 for rentals+all day air, $10 for own equipment+all day air and $70 a case...its an awesome field though. Open sat. sunday. IF YOU ARE COMING TO PLAY X-BALL, It is byop or field paint for $42 a case www.fullthrottlepaintball.com

Orlando Paintball: OP is a bit pricey but they have some awesome courses. $10 to get in and $70 a case...the night games are really good.

Paintball World: This place is odd. I don't even know what's going on with it. First i heard that they closed down but then they pop up somewhere 45 minutes away. I don't have much info about it except that it's under 11 for entrance.

Yah the price at OP is $55 for the regular field paint... Honestly I have never seen anyone buy the better paint there. Also, Tuesday night is BYOP and Sunday for tournament practice is BYOP. Sundays are awesome cuz you can play without a ref, no bunkering rules, and usually if you get there first thing and it isnt too busy, one of the guys will ref anyway which is fun.

Also, the refs suck if you expect them to be on the field doing paint checks, which is completely ridiculous.. Also, you have to realize that AT LEAST 60-70% of the players there are total rec ballers, many of which are very young and really dont listen at all. So they have to be a bit tight on the rules, cuz otherwise someone WOULD get hurt. Seriously though, if you go there and have friends to play with or go on Sundays for tourney practice the competition is awesome, and the fields are good no matter what... so you can just go to work on your moves and stuff.... going there to shoot out a bunch of 12 year olds isnt what its about... go there and see how much u can do without shooting more than half a hopper per game. or someting like that.

Actually Orlando Paintball just raised the prices on their paint, their basic ZAP Orange is now $65 (was $55), while their Premium Red Paint (not sure brand, the shell is red and gold, with their logo on it and comes in a plain white box) is now $75 (was $65), think they raised it about 3 weeks ago.

They also have a membership if you go alot- $250 for a year gets you free admission, free all-day air and 10% off an purchase (including paint), as well as 50% off any equiptment rental.

They also have several new refs there, as well as some of the more expreienced ones. Plus Friday and Sat nights they have their 1am-6am session as well.

Yeah well last month the owner was there pretty much all day (owner is from Canada) and he was talking about redoing some of the fields. Even said he was thinking of putting in artificial turf inside A+B instead of the sawdust, as well as changing around D+E some. Personally not a big fan of D (The Chemical Warfare Scenario Field), hopefully they don't mess with C the X-Ball field.

BTW I am usually there Friday and Sat from 8PM-6AM, just started going Sunday mornings as well (still relatively new, been playing only a few months, about 3.5 if you don't count the time I am sidelinded with a fractured/sprained ankle) although, really messed up my ankle there a couple weeks ago and probably won't be able to go back for another 2-2.5 weeks until it heals fully. If you see the White Eclipse with a guy in grey/black Proto Jersey and pants with a Mag (although hopefully by the time I go back a black/blue Alias) thats me.

Yeah thats the one, kinda more woodsy-type scenario field. Very slow paced, thats why I don't like it much. You get the defenders holed up in the back corner and the attackers have to advance and touch the back tower. Half the time I skip it since its pretty much a waste of paint, rather save it for the other games.

What I hate is the spot by the fence, a defender can actually stand behind the netting and just stick the barrel out and can see and shoot, but since they are behind the netting you can't hit them, since it hits the net first and is considered splatter.

Has anyone tried Hypersports Park over on Hoffner, someone told me it is really nice, reasonably priced (field paint begins at $45). They said it used to be a golf course so the fields are kept level and well maintained. Just wondering how it is?

sheparD, you still wondering? ima check it out thurs, ima be wearing a gray tommy hillfiger(sp) sweatshirt and a dark blue fubu (88)jersey over it,probably a green camo bandana...with a home modded 98c (I hear people get a good 10+bps off of it the way I modded it but I don't have much practice on the field or in general),

see anybody else out there who decides to play/check it out

Yeah we went there two weeks ago to the tourney practice on Sunday Morning good prices and field but the refs weren't the greatest, then again at least they were on the field and would do **********s. The fields though had actual grass and effective netting, and the inflatables (all of them) held air and weren't held up by rope like OP.
If they get a couple more fields open it would be better (only 2 airball fields right now). For Sunday Practice it was cheap, only had to pay $6 for allday air and if you wanted to stay past noon, had to pay a $10 admission (which they don't charge for Tourney practice), also for recball they were shooting 280 instead of 260 that OP uses, although I liked the staff at OP better, maybe thats just because I know everyone there.
