Friday was my first day of double days for football, and lucky me i separated my shoulder the second practice. =( I did it the begining of practice, finished the practice, iced it, woke up the next morning and couldnt move it :confused: so i went to the trainer and he said i separated it and im out for a couple of days. (luckily ive been lifting all summer so my muscle saved it from coming out all the way and ending my season)

Ps. Im sorry if you guys cant read the above very well, I would go over it and correct my grammar but im too tired, and ive gotta get up at 4:45 in the morning to go in and have the trainer look at my shoulder to see if i can practice tommarow.

Know seperated shoulder or anything but today was the first day of soccer tryouts which believe it or not are actually pretty hard where I go to school cuz you have to do a lot of conditioning stuff.
