For playing around, yes, but you should never use it in a real game.

I know not to use them in a real game. I just wanted to know if they were really similar to actual paintballs. If I got them and set my marker to shoot perfect with them, then end up going into a real game with real paint and my setup completely screwing up.

They are NOT similar. Most, if not all, have dents in them, and they are all extremely cheap and brittle.

youv'e been using marbles or something weehut? There's many many paintball places that use nothign but reballs and theyr'e prefectly fine to use while playing in a game. You have to lower your velocity to 260 fps to prevent injuries thouhg. Other than that, and loading problems that some hooppers have with them they're great.

You do not want to tune your gun for the field with any type of reusable ball. The gun will shoot differently with real paint.

I use them a lot with my team for indoor practice and drills.
