I want to start the Paintball forum club for better lucid dreaming and dream rememberance

Remember your dream can be fun, and after remembering your dreams you can start to try and lucid dream, which is knowing your dream and essentially live out your fantastisies.

Here is how i learned to remember my dreams, what you do is as soon as you wake up dont do anything at all, dont get out of bed or check the clock, shut your eyes and think, what did i dream of, at first you may not remember anything, but all it takes is you to remember one thing you did, then go to yourself "what did i do before this, and what did i do after?" Remember the diffrent stages of your dreams, because if your like me and once you wake up you go back to sleep on the weekends then you may have more then one dream on totally diffrent storylines

The one problem im still having is to remember to check a clock, or look for something in your dreams that makes you say "oh crap im dreaming" because you just dont connect the dots in dreams and this is a very hard task

-earlier in the night i had a nightmare, i had this dream that the really creepy guy from con air was driving a trailer around, parking in meddows, he would have a sniper rifle for shooting at birds and he told us(which was just me and someone else ) to get something called swmams or swmpas and to find them in a graveyard of cars. During that time he kidnapped someone and put him in a truck, then somehow we would up on a street or something with Sniper rifles trying to hunt him down and kill him to rescue the person

-my second dream was on the show "whos line is it anyway with 6 people) we were all on the stage and theirs was a peice of the wood back stage that fell off because of termite damage, we shoveled and cleaned off the broken wood, and then went upstairs to the top of a huge apartment building, up their was a garden, with one flower or two in it, the gardener said those were for people after they watched whos line downstairs in the apartment building. I ALMOST started lucid dreaming here because i thought, wow thats an abnormally big apartment. then i went around with my mom to the other side of the apartment building top to get another drip hose to hand from the ceiling for the plants (all of while thinking of what i could grow thier, hehe if you get my drift) and i realized that the wall off this ultra high apartment building was crumbling. This scared me as we could fall off at any moment so i asked my mom if we could install a new wall and she responded that she had looked int he directory and saw no one who could repair a wall on the top of the building at this point i said "man no high rise wall repairs and then i thought how horrible it would be to be leaning up against the wall of a hire rise building and for it to give to your weight and for you to fall, then i woke up

I want this thread to be a place where people can post their dreams, share knollewledge and past experiences of lucid dreaming and just have fun discussing which we know so little about.

ive done quite a bit of lucid dreaming in my day. i dont do it much anymore, because frankly im lazy, but i do miss it.. i think im gonna start to try and remember my dreams again, cause they bring on some pretty powerful emotional feelings due to the dmt trip you go on when you sleep

does anyone find that if you really think about the underlying meanings of your dreams you can pinpoint what thought you had during the day that mad that dream come up at night? like normally my dreams corralate to my day in some fashion

Try this, it works for me just about every time.

When you lay down in bed, before you go to sleep, repeat to yourself "it's just a dream, it's a just dream" over and over again in your head.

Usually what'll happen is I'll get like halfway through a dream, and then I'll say to myself in the dream "it's just a dream" and then I'll have a brief period of "dream control" before I wake up.

For example, one time I was being chased by a guy in a hockey mask through a swamp. I tripped on a log and he was about to swing at me with an axe, but right before he hit me I started laughing in my dream and said to myself "it's just a dream." He then acted puzzled and ran off, and then I wanted to fly, so I did. Then I woke up like right when I got in the sky.

Wierd ****.

How ironic, I'm listening to a song about dreams.

How come I haven't heard about somebodys dreams with hot girls in them? That's pretty much about half of the dreams I have. I'll get an occasional nightmare, but I had so many as a kid they don't bother me anymore.

I did this this morning and it was amazing.
I dreamed I beat Chuck Norris in Mortal Kombat. (DREAM)

And I was unusually hyper and happy all day.
Then I went to kickboxing which was alot more fun than I expected.

This is awesome.

Alright PBF, I have to post my first lucid dream experience. It was last night.

I had this dream I was in an elevator with a friend of mine... and I was telling him about lucid dreaming. At some point in the dream conversation I said "When you realize its just a dream... you get full control!" Thats when I realized I was dreaming and when the elevator stopped I kinda got out, and just flew threw the building outside, and I was trying to fly to a friend of mines house, but I woke up/dont remember if I ever got there.

too cool.
