i just got back from playing in the rain i was kinda worried about all my elctro gear but i just kept wiping it off and it was all good. o and if you gonna slide into a bunker start slidding 10/15 feet away i kept slaming in to bunkers and slipping and falling over= loads of fun.
Yea, if you're going to run CO2, try to pick your shots...I mean don't spray if you can avoid it. Each time you shoot the tank will get colder and the pressure its putting out will drop. Since it's already going to be cold because of the temperature, it won't take long before you have velocity problems.
Keep your paint dry. If you're having serious problems with rain, put a baggie over your hopper and tape it closed so it seals a little better and you can wrap one around the porting on your barrel and tape that too. Probably won't really need to do either of those.
Most important is to keep yourself warm and dry. Dress well.
Spray the bottom of your cleats with Spam cooking spray so you can tap them on a tree and all the mud will fall off. Tape the porting of your barrel to prevent water from getting in there. Besides that, have fun.
i live in washington so almost everytime i've played it's rained...its not too bad cuz we play in the woods so that takes most of the rain out. i think one of the most important things to do in rain is wear waterproof shoes, cuz once ur feet get wet, its the most uncomfortable thing. my pants were so caked in mud the first time i went my mom wouldnt let me wash them in our washing machine i had to do it at the cleaners
Here in wyoming the weather is bad. We always play in the snow or rain. its fun and gets a little dirty at times..thats always fun. just be careful not to get mud in your barrell, and if you plan on going down steep hills while its wet dont wear shoes with flat soles. Ahhh... lessons well learned
