Post pictures of the woods you play in, or any cool bunkers or fots you built. i dont have any good fort pictures right now, but i got some of my woods...
that big rock formation is what we consider a base...thats an old picture though...you can see sticks on the oustide of the rock to provide some protection...its gotten alot thicker since then, its accually useful...
This is a concept of a fort and an old map desighn, its 4 a speedball course cus we play staright woods, no pix of that tho, but its just a little square woods in the middle of a hay feild with a big swamp on one end and really good hunting
yah its pretty cool, bit cold though.. feet get soaked.
now, playing in a storm/blizzard, that was interesting.. seeing as i was completely under dressed, freezing cold, and slipped ever damn step, damn near busted the stock of my phantom
it hurts a bit more when ya play in the winter, ever been flicked in the ear when youre cold, hurts like a ***** right, well thats bout the same as getting shot with a paintball when youre cold.
it is cool though, when we played it at my new woodsball field, around the bunkers was completely multicoloured.. its surprising how far the paint spray would go.. the ground was all yellow and green
Winter woods a lot of fun. Except for when ppl come out with huge @$$ jackets that are 4 sizes too big, so they get TONS of bounces. Besides that, and the cold wind, it makes for a good time! Oh ya, waterproof boots are very nice to have in winter. (waterproof, and steel-toe is even better! ) Rain is a whole lot of fun, too. One time we flanked a really long way around, and were crawling through weeds, and it reminded me of Forest Gump, when it wouldn't stop raining. :sly:
Yeah one thing about winter playing I hate is the bounces. Rocky boots are definitly the best lol. But playing in the dark when its snowing is more fun then anything else.
