If you don't mind the fact that they're heavier than most new guns, there's no reason not to get one. Very reliable, can keep up with any other guns in the same price range, with a $125 MQ2, can keep up with any gun made other than not having the modes. But I play semi-only, so it's not really a weakness to me.
The trick to cockers is to set them once, then leave them alone. If it has an e-blade it wont be near as hard to mechanically time (bascally just the back block) and that shouldnt need moved. But yeah, they're nice, I liked mine. So long as you dont mind the resale value being in the john
