the imagine S at wall mart is basicly the same gun. it might however have parts that aren't the first pick of the litter so to speak. just a way to save costs to make it cheaper for the consumer so lots of kids will point and say "buy me that one mommy!"

Not sure where you get your information on that one. Not like Wal-mart picks what parts go in the gun. They order them and get what they are sent. Imagine-S runs like a $138 at Wal-mart. I got my Imagine '04 for $108 online. Buy which ever is the cheapest cause they are the same gun. I bought my online and I even get a discount at Wal-mart cause I work there (assistant manager).

i thought that at walmart they had a no-automatic weapons policy, and that the imagines sold there are missing a connector that you arnt able to change into 3-burst or full-auto. Unless the changed it thats how i remember it, anyone feel free to chime in or correct me.

You are correct. Wal-Mart is not allowed to sell automatic weapons and even though we don't classify paintball markers as "weapons" they have to be fair about it so the piece that allows the Imagine to have full auto and 3-burst is taken out, but you can easily fix that by using a computer jumper to connect the circuits to make the gun have full auto and 3-burst. You can get the jumpers at Radio Shack. I'm not sure where you stick the jumper, you would have to find that out yourself, but yes...that is how it works.

this man speaks the truth, the "jumper" is taken out of the gun, which disablews all settings except semi-auto, you can find replacement jumpers at radioshack for 2 bucks, but yeah, thats the only difference

yeah and seriously the only reason for someone to use full auto on an imagine, (yes its my gun too) is to see what the inside looks like with a butt load of paint with it. Stock it chops like no ones business.
