I was thinking about purchasing a rear cocking system for my 98 Pro. I know Tippmann makes one, and so does Full Boar and Psychoballistics. Which one of these is the best? Is there another system that is better? Is a rear cocking system even a sensible purchase?

Well, what do you want it to do?

If you want to throw down the money on it because it looks cool, no one's stopping you. I did it myself when I bought one of the full boar kits a while ago.

As for real world advantages...
It might keep a little dirt out of the rear bolt area.
You will not have the chance of catching your thumb on the cocking knob when you shoot(I've done it...it stings a little).
And it might be a little quieter.
