Hi, I'm kind of new to paintballing and was looking for a gun. I'm pretty much se4t on a Tippman, so I was wondering if anyone could throw me a bone and explain what a response trigger does, and if it's any good. Thanks!

Well, I am a tippmann owner. I got the 98 custom. The response trigger is what goes inside the handle of the gun between the two receiver halfs. The response trigger is a piston that puts kindof a bounce to your trigger and It puts gas into your pull of the trigger. The response trigger makes your gun capable of up to 15 balls per second instead up just semi-automatic which is kind of lame...

And by the way, if you want response trigger, then buy the marker with the response trigger already on it. It will add around 20$ to the price of the gun but its a lot better than gettin the same gun without it and then buying the response trigger seperatly for $70
