So the other week I found out the paintball place I go to has a 10.2 bps limit.
I have an ion still at the factory preset which is around 12 bps if I'm reading the table correctly.

Looking at the table in the manual there are various combinations of ROF delay and dwell settings that'll limit the gun to 10.2 bps.

So is it better to have a high dwell and low ROF delay, a low dwell and high ROF delay, or have them about equal in order to have consistent velocity and performance?

Also will any of these settings cause or help fix the gun leaking air?

You can't just mess with your dwell setting and have your gun work properly
Set your dwell correctly, and then adjust your ROF till it caps off at 10.2 or lower

And make sure yout bolt is lubed and the orings are good for the leaking problem
