I go running 3-4 times a week, normally at night cause it's way too hot during the day. Average run is about 5-6 miles, longest is 14. I'm hoping to run a marathon in the spring, so we'll see how that goes.
I've been picking it up. After I played b-ball a month or so ago and was WAY winded I decided I better get back up to par with the cardio. When I was about 15-16 I was a machine...it's pretty bad, now, though. Once I can get my mile back under 7 minutes I'm going to start running longer distances. Hopefully within the next two weeks or so I can get it there.
