Depends on your experience, do you know how to disassemble and reassemble the marker? do you know how to perform general maintenance? if he includes the manual, reading is different then doing. Also ions tend to leak and have other issues.
Not saying its horrible, it has potential only when you waste another 200$ on it. It all your choice, if you think your ready to handle it, the purchase it, if not purchase a lower end so you can develope basic techniques for maintenance and have a general idea on how to disassemble and reassemble markers without worrying about breaking a expensive marker.
