I just started playing paintballwith no previous experience with airsoft or paintball till some of my friends said i needed to go and they took me to a paintball place and I rented a tipman.... it was the worst marker ever to have been made. I did see this one spyder vs1 and i just wanted to know its feet per second and what EYE is .

Paintball isn't like airsoft. The guns, whether they're low end or high end, are all shooting at 300 FPS.

Eyes are electronic devices that use infrared to measure when a ball is in the breach. If a ball is not fully in the breach, they delay the bolt slightly to keep it from pinching the paintball, or "chopping" it.
