I’ve used creatine to but it really isn’t a weight loss supplement, it can actually make you more bloated and carry around more water weight since that’s basically what it does, its a cell volumizer and not all people respond to creatine. It should basically be used for bulking. But using glutamine while dieting will help repair muscle that you could lose during a diet. Its found in protein powders, beans, meats, fish, poultry, and dairy products, but that’s if you’re doing a lot of cardio and less weight lifting and are concerned about losing muscle. And flax seed oil will give you all the good fats, the omega-3 fatty acids which can help reduce body fat, shortened recovery time, is a good source of energy, reduced muscle soreness and increased utilization of oxygen and other nutrients. But you still dont need all that unless you feel the need to and have the extra $$$. Just keep on a multi-vitamin, follow the diet rules and get in a good workout routine. thumup:BZSentinel said:creatine always works wonders for me. Thats all I'm going to say though.
