I just now watched a video from a town called fallujah....Over the iraqis attacking us contractors aka NON COMBATANTS...They weren't warriors they were simply trying to rebuild the country after a madmans rule. The same men were responsable for rebuilding waterlines power and restablishing comforts of life in iraq. The iraqis thanked them with small arms fire and rpgs....Hostility is growing with the more we give them. We are a super power and they are ants. the forces there are only trying to help iraqs future and not turn it over to another psyco who will do the same as far as clensing of different cultures..

i think the less media footage we give all the retarded terrorists the less theyll attack. like a ocean fuels a hurricane a video clip a day is more than enough to fuel terrorism in iraq, and little bombings are all we see on the news. gay liberals wont shutup about people dying in small numbers, yet by doing so they cause more and more to die, and increase the death toll to big numbers

I was pretty pissed off when I heard the news a few days ago, especially upon seeing the pictures of the mutilated bodies hanging on display on a bridge in Fallujah.

And now with their arrest warrant for al-Sadr it'll probably inflame the violence even more. Then again, if we get rid of that cleric we will end his leadership of the resistance of the area (yes, someone will no doubt take his place, but they will probably not be as charismatic or powerful in rallying the people to fight against the coalition forces). If we kill him, he becomes a martyr, so the only way is to capture him.

With all his supporters in the open fighting for their beloved cleric, we'll be able to wipe out those hardcore believers more easily.

Regardless of whether it is a soldier or a civilian, I say go after the ******* who killed those guys. Our job in Iraq is not finished and it's the fault of the terrorists committing these atrocities that we're in there as long as we have. They are such hippocrites to want the Coalition to leave when they are causing all the problems for themselves. The sooner they start acting intelligent and work in their own best-interest (establishing a new Iraqi government, et al) the sooner we will leave. Period.

actually in this section of iraq it has little to do with the build up of terrorist moral but the break down of action against it...US forces have been removed from this area and substituted by iraqi forces...They did alot to stop the horror that happened against these noncombatents. What happens when we turn the entire country over. This was a sadam stronghold for a time and they just handed it over to a bunch of illiterate iraqi gaurds men instead of trained marines. Our government was hasty in entering iraq but had no plan on how to leave. IN the gulf first time around we just pulled out and bam saddam kept it real. Now we wanna pull out and there are psyco militant muslims saying they would be happy to take over and whipe out the sunnis or kill all the northern people or do what ever they want. I say we hold down one small section of iraq as our own like a few miles out of the capital and have a large force there. Not walking the streets. But if any attacks take place they send a fleet of attack chopers with soldiers to quell the troubles. That way our soldiers don't get gunned down over nothing in the streets but are still prepared to stop any uprising. supremesy(sp) by air is were we got it going on. We have black hawks in the air at all times with marines waiting to jump into action and terrorists wouldn't dare attack civilians.

this post was writen before I saw duos. Cherio to duo for his thoughts...

I said this when the 9/11 happened, drop the H-bomb. It might not be right to kill all those people, but look at what they do to us. I gotta think, What do they want?

It was an interesting weekend here in Wisconsin as the Company C of the 724th Engineering batallion Wisconsin Natgional Guard came home after over a year in Iraq. They were a bloodied unit, but no fatalities thank God. What I found interesting was the amount of patriotism from the community to see these heros come home, mixed with the painfull realization that there are more still in harms way.

I am a veteran of the Army and missed the first Gulf war by about 10 weeks. I am prpoud of what our forces have accomplished, yet it saddens me that there is no cohesive exit strategy for our troops. It frustrates me that on one end of the country the Iraqi's are singing our praises, and at the other, US forces walk very carefully and on pain of death.

What I say we should do matters little. I just pray that the blood sacrifice that the finest of our number have been called on to provide is not in vain. That and that we can do the mission that we are there for and then we can get them all home.

Yes this reminds me of Mogidishu as well -- however, we don't have a spineless, draft dodging, panty chaser in the white house. Say what you will about our commander in chief right now and the job he is doing, but I have to say that I respect the hell out of Collin Powell, Dick Cheny, and Donald Rumsfeld -- if there is a voice of reason, it is they.

Over 600 of our greatest citizens have died in Iraq - the last bunch is no less tragic. But I know that our soldiers will protect the newly gained freedoms of the Iraqi people as long as there is breath in thier body, and resolve in thier hearts. If the rest of the world laughs at us for this.. then I say F*ck 'em!

I feel that service to the country is one of the greatest things to give but when you see a slopy president like our own. I just wish that the men in service right now were given a solid reason to be patroling and driving these mine swarming streets. the idiot was to excited to throw the leader into excile he forgot that we would have to pick up the tab on the country.

They're muslim so I'm not sure they have a "hell"

And A-Bomb all of Iraq? Seems like something a fascist would say. Do we have any fascists in the house?

Yea it is, H-bomb relies on the atomic reaction between the tritium molecules to make it's explosive power. Since it relies on a atomic reaction, it is an atomic bomb.

all i have to say is that theres alot of good people there and alot of bad ones....Thanks to the fall of the soviets they released a whole region of asses who think its our fault that there lives suck. I think alot of people need to remember that the good people out number the bad. Its when people lash out against the whole group that the good turn against us. I think if only we could send a few good **** stars over there everything would be alot less tense. I mean they don't even get to see chicks...they all covered up. I say send over the hot chicks...and setup zero tolerence. Look at this hot chick. If your still pissed off we can shoot you.
