Looks like a wierd looking guy to me. Just pause it at about 1:15:15, then have it play a fraction of a second a time but clicking the play button and pausing it again really fast. It looks up at about 1:15:16.5
Only thing creepy when you actually take a look at it is it's mouth, it looks kind of funny but it's probably just blurred.

Sorry guys, no such thing as monsters... at least on land. Deep down in the ocean may be a different story.
