I just got back from my long, tiring trip to London & Dublin. Wow, what a time that was. I highly recommend going to London especially. There is so much to do there, it's just amazing. It's so different from anywhere I've been. I have a feeling NYC might be a bit like it, but with a LOT, LOT less violence. Even in the bad parts it's still very safe. Public transportation there is amazing, as well.

Yeah, it was a great trip, except for that only 5 out of 40 kids didn't annoy me on the trip. And my girlfriend and I had some rough times (we think the trip just got to us). And nothing fun happened at night unless someone had alcohol (haha, my girlfriend drunk is the funniest thing ever). And all the sex that this one girl had with a kid was a bit disturbing to hear about.

I guess the positives about the two cities and the parties far outweighs all the annoying fights and arguments. Oh well, I'm dead tired because it took us about a day to get home, so I'll see you guys later. Jet lag sucks. Umm, this thread has no point so I may delete it if I realize how much it sucks when I wake up and am not tired.

Umm, well I did manage to spend over £150 (almost $300) and also about 100 Euros. I have no idea how. I did buy gifts for most of my friends, and I bought a few things for myself. But food and drinks are very expensive. A bacon cheesburger at this restaurant cost me about $16 American, and a Sprite was around $4 or so.

In London it sucks, because all the prices for things are the same number as in the USA, but the currency value is doubled. So if something costs $10 here, it costs £10 there...Which is really $20. See what I mean? I think that's how I wound up spending so much.

I did get to buy an amazing shirt from French Connection UK. It says "fcuk it".

Eh, I was tired last night at didn't really read what I wrote. I'm not saying that you'll die if you go to NYC. But what I am saying is that we went to basically the poorest part in London (also the "roughest") and didn't have to worry at all. There was no need for extra caution, no need to stay in a really close group, no need for keeping an eye out. It was just that safe. Maybe you would have to experience it to understand.

Mind the gap!

Heh, the underground is nice.
I got a shirt with that on it, and I bought one of my friends a thong with that on it. Lol, she is going to die when she sees that.

Hmm, ideas for what to do? Tower of London, Windsor Castle, Buckingham Palace (Changing of the guards is cool), Harrods, cool shops at Piccadilly Circus, the London Eye, Covenant Garden, go see a play, shop in cool places, etc etc. I say just take the Underground to Piccadilly Circus and wander around there. You will find a ton of shops and places to go. If you wanna see an amazing 7 story (or so) arcade, then go to Piccadilly Circus. Find the HMV store in Trocaderos, and a tiny ways past that is the entrance to a place called Funland. Man, I probably spent 20 or 30 pounds there. So many games.

The guards were sweet. They obviously weren't like in the movies, where you can undress them and not get in trouble. But I did screw around quite a bit.

First, I told the guard "If I can't touch you, then say something." Well, he obviously didn't say anything, but I was still too scared to touch him. Next, I tried getting him to stare right at me. So I stood infront of him and just stared at him. He kept shifting his eyes away from mine. Hehe. So then I started making conversation with him, and saying how I bet he wants to say something but can't. Finally, I wrote down my e-mail address and stuck it under his shoe, telling him to e-mail me sometime.

Ah, it was so much fun...
