Well heres what I was running.

Asus motherboard
Pentium 3 733mhz
40gb harddrive
512mb ram *some old rare stuff*
8x CD-ROM
ATI 32mb video card
Ghetto case

Well my dad knew some russian guy named Ollig, so we traded a lot of the stuff. We got 100 bucks off for the ram because its so rare. So after the trade in's and 248 dollars heres what I got.

Asus Motherboard
AMD Athlon 2500+ XP
120gb harddrive
512mb DDR Ram *getting another stick of 512 soon*
48x CD Burner
6x DVD-ROM
Nvidia 128mb Video Card
Custom Case with neon lights inside, side panel, and front door panel.
Also has built in ethernet, sound, and 6 USB ports.

I am so firggin happy! I had to downgrade my paintball marker but its worth it!

I played Halo and CS tonight also. my old ping was around 180-370. Now my ping is 24-76.

Boots up in about 23 seconds with Windows XP Professional.

My dad is a huge computer geek and my pc is waaay better than his. He admitted after he installed it that he was a little bit jealous.

I'm so excited! OMG this thing is sweet1!

l33t, make sure the two fans on the front are intake fans (they blow the air in) otherwise you'll have five fans blowing out, and none blowing in, making it really easy for dust to come through the cracks. Also, use dryer sheets on the outside of the intake fans (so that you can see the dryer sheets from the outside or so it's against the chassis) this will keep dust out of your case and onto the dryer sheets. Putting the sheet on the outside also keeps the fan clean. It also makes your case smell nice for the first week :p

1GB PC3500 Corsair XMS RAM
480W Antec PSU
Lian Li case
Compressed air cooling
ATi x800 Pro video card

DVD Burner and such

Yeah, that would be about the best thing you could possibly get. Unless of course you're an Intel fanboy, in which case, blow me. Intel sucks.
