Expansion Chamber problem

i just installed an expansion chamber on my 98 (doesnt look good witha drop forward, gas line is curved) I took it in my yard and shot 10 balls right on top of eachother. After that I heard c02 leaking in the inside. After about 5 seconds fo leaking, it stopped. I then shot about 40 mroe times and had no problems. I was thinking that the locktite on the inside hardened from the co2 and now it works fine. But, should I take my gun aparta nd attempt to tighten everything?

If it has stopped leaking, and it really has (Not the "I can barely hear it" stopped leaking), then I would just leave it be.

Loctite takes up to 24 hours to fully set, so just let it go for a while.

If it starts leaking again, you'll probably have to torch the loctite off (it was Red, wasn't it?) and clean the threads up and try again. This time let it fully dry before you start playing around with it.

On a side note, I've used teflon tape on my Vert. Adaptor/valve joint for a while now. If you've run out of loctite, you can try that instead.

it should just be the loctite. you dont really have to tourch it off, its just hard to break the seal it creates. next time you use locktite, put alot on and wait a few hours for it to dry. it should be fine to do some testing after like two hours. loctite smells good dont it??

Right, you can always force it off. If heated though it'll break down and come off a good deal easier.
