Separating the A-5?

I am thinking of polishing the internals of my A-5 and I was looking at it and down the middle there is a crack like it can be separated, I was wondering can it? and if so can u refer me somewhere I can have a step-by-step on how to do it, or u could give a step-by-step. Thanks.

theres still a bunch of other screws you got to take out with the allen wrenches.

Just make sure you polish the internals correctly and you are sure you can put it back together.
