my friend wants to know if its possible to put a response trigger on his model 98?

i dont think you can unless you mill it out. but you can take it apart and see if there is a rectangle thing cut out behind the trigger.

Possible, yes. But it isn't a drop-in part like the 98C. Like dawg said, you'll have a little grinding to do and some other small cuts.

Tippmann does (or used to do) the install for M98's if you'd rather not do it yourself. It'll likely cost a little more as well.

Tippmann charges $120 to have a Model 98 changed into a 98 Custom and install an RT. ( or at least they did last year)
