i have a question.

I have a tippmann custom pro and I was thinking about putting a response trigger on it. I have an Rufus Dawg bolt which i had to use with their plastic powertube because it wouldn't fit on the regular powertube. Anyways I was wonder if I could use that powertube with a response trigger or would I need to buy a new one.

I don't know. Probably so they could make me have to buy their bolts when mine breaks or cracks.
When I tried to slide the new bolt on the old powertube it didn't go all th way back and the new on has like a forked tip to catch any broken ball shells.

Does the Rufus Dog power tube have a port to attach the RT system to? Because the RT power tube is different from the powertube of a non RT gun.

Rufus dawg's bolt has that venturi in it. The power tube that comes with it has slots in it to let the bolt move around freely, so it won't work with the tippmann tube.

If it has the notch, and you know someone confortable with a drill and tap, they could probably get it done. It might even be threaded and cut already, just plugged. You could always email Rufus Dawg and ask if it will work, or if they'll send one that will.
