Arrow power tube problem on 98c pro E

Last night I was helping by brother clean his 98 custom pro E and we couldn't get the power tube out. Why wont it come out, and how do i get it out?

I've had this happen to me before, just wiggle the powertub a little bit and it should come out. I think the reason for this is, the powertube is in there with such a snug fit, it is hard to get out.

Also make sure that the two screws on the frame are out cause they conect directly to the valve

there are screws on the back you have to take out to get the powertube out

Also make sure the Extra RT Screw is out.
