Polished internals?

what do polished internals do? would it be a good upgrade for my gun?

It's not an upgrade that you buy, but a modification that you do yourself. It allows the bolt to cycle more smoothly.

definately......it cost nothing and takes only a few minutes,really. i've heard,and read here a lot of overly elaborate instructions on doing this,but simply using steel wool and some oil to smooth the rough edges inside your reciever halves where the O-rings slide back and forth will do the trick.then wrinse the two halves under the sink to remove all tiny metal slivers,dry thoroughly,then wipe down,re-oil and re-assemble.
