Exclamation Best Barrel For Custom Pro?

hey i have a tippmann custom pro i was looking to get a new barrel really soon. I've been looking at this 32 degrees 16 inch night stick and it looks to be a good barrel and everything but i dont really know nothing about this stuff. Is that a good barrel and a good length? They do have a 14 inch too. What is the best barrel for a good price? Let me know ASAP. Thanks.

the best barrels imo are lapco's bigshot $55 and the j'n'j ceramic. 16" is too long, the max u want to go for is 14". The ball reaches its maximum speed @ 8" so anything after 12" is really for looks and just slows the ball down.

use the search function. There are literially a hundred threads on the topic of barell choice.

You buy a barell for the paint, not the gun. Paint matching is key.

There are tons of great ones on the market, choose what you need. J&J, ultralite, CP one piece, lapco, boomstick, the lsit goes on.

Nightmare is a .687 - .689 bore sized paint. A .689 bored barrel will be good. CP 1-Pieces come in any bore size you want. The Lapco Bigshot is also a .689.

CP makes a lot of good quality stuff, good barrels.

Don't go above 14", anything above that is a waste of gas.

J n J Ceramic, like ball_buster said above, are good barrels. Also, take a gander at the Boomstick barrel. I've heard good comments about those.

cp one piece...you don't need anything more than a 12"...also the longer the barrel the more air/co2 you will use...the bore size on my barrel is .689 and the paints that have worked best in it are draxxus and stinger. im still going to try out other paints, though \m/ Rock On \m/
