89 custom? Yeah thats a great gun, except its spelled 98 custom.

Look into a good barrel for the first upgrade such as a J&J or a 30-40 Smart Parts barrel.
20oz is a good size for tippmanns and if she needs she might wanna get a remote incase thats to heavy for her...no offense to her for being a girl tho but just my advice.

Get a used and upped 98c. DONT BUY NEW! Unless you just have to, then dont. For $300, you can go lots of diff ways with a 98c. Start with a barrel, vertical adaptor, Exp. chamber, some kind of trigger setup.

Because you can get an upped used one that is a lot better than a stock one for the same price (or probably a little more) as a new stock one.

The new ones are fine, but overpriced compared to what you can get used.

If you play somewhere with HPA I'd get a 4500 PSI tank and a barrel then a cyclone or other electric hopper. Don't forget a mask.

she is very picky how she shoots as she hunts a lot, she would not need an e-trigger... If she wants to hit something, she'll hit it

o, ok, well I like the E-trigg becouse it can keep up in speedball, but if your entirly woods, then stock trigger works.
