Question Tippmann Warrenty...?

Ok so i called Tippmann up yesterday asking for 2 pieces, Drive Spring and Drive Spring Pen since i lost them the other day when my Stock decided to come apart wohoo.

The guy asks for my serial number and says the gun is out of warrenty now. When i read the warrenty in my book it says it lasts up too one year which i have only had the gun for about 3 months...? I have ordered parts before with no problem and no charge but this time i had to pay about 14 bucks to get those 2 pieces shipped to me...

Why is my gun not under warrenty any more or am i missing somthing?

That's really odd. Tippmann usually has top notch customer service. They will usually send you minor parts like that out of courtesy, even if the gun isn't under warranty. Something isn't right. Maybe you gave the wrong serial number when you sent in the card, or the guy typed in the serial number wrong?

i donno, i gave it to him its the one on the left side of the gun above the front grip. What Card are you talking about tho? I completed a thing online for warrenty but not a card or anything i sent in.

Maybe it was because i already ordered pieces from there before? For my RT...?
